LUMBUY’S STRICT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

LumBuy is a well-acknowledged e-store that is much considered for its premium quality products and strict supplier’s policy. Even after thousands of protective measures, mishap happens. For that case, there is an exchange or return policy by LumBuy. This policy has strict regulations for refunding. So if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can either replace it or return it by following the instructions. A refund is possible only in a few cases. For exceptional cases, no return is entertained. Negligence of the customer may cease the whole refund process, so read the following article carefully.
REFUND TIME LIMIT:
You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days after the delivery. After this, your item will be refunded or exchanged within the next 30 days. But no complaint or request will be accepted after 7 days and also the product will not be returned. So if you want to apply for a refund, do it within the time limit.
REFUND AMOUNT:
If your refund follows the instructions, your amount will be refunded within 30 days. The refund amount will include only the price of the item. The shipping, handling, delivery, and additional charges are not included in the refund amount. The amount will be sent to your bank account or credit or debit card similarly you ordered it excluding the additional charges. In the case of an exchange, the item will be exchanged instead of money.

REFUND METHOD:
The refund method is as simple as the buying method. Once you see the item you received is wrong or damaged, place a complaint against it on LumBuy’s return page. You will receive an email that your complaint is valid and is considered.
Pack your parcel in the best way. It will only be accepted if it is in unused condition. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. Put the packed item in a cardboard box properly and make sure none of its parts are missing.
Before the next 30 days, you have to take the item to the nearest post office. If the given date is passed, your item is no longer eligible for a return. Once you leave the item at the nearest post office, it will get back to the company and your money will be returned. The refund amount will only contain the amount of the item excluding the delivery, shipping, and additional charges.
SOME CASES IN WHICH REFUND IS NOT CONSIDERED:
- If the date of return or exchange has passed, the item will not be refunded.
- If the item is delivered to the wrong address due to negligence of the customer, neither item nor payment will be returned. Instead, you have to place another order.
- Change of mind isn’t applicable.
- You cannot cancel the order if it is in transit.
- If the reason is not justified enough, a refund request will not be entertained.
- Return application will not be considered if the customer misplaces any part of the product.
